The 2007 South Shields Beer Festival was a big success

Over the 3 days of the festival, over 200 ale lovers drank their way through 25 different beers, a real cider and perry.

We would like to thank everyone who came along and helped make the festival a success.


  • Jess McConnell of Jarrow Brewery for the loan of cooling equipment, festival glasses, publicity, technical help and beer sponsorship.
  • Bruce Storey of LWC for supplying and sponsoring beer and cider
